At first we have know that Systems serving operational management are transaction processing systems (TPS), for example order processing or payroll that track the flow of the daily routine transactions essential to conduct business. As we know Transaction processing systems (TPS) are computerized systems that perform and record daily schedule transactions necessary in conducting business; they provide the organization’s operational level. The most important purpose of systems at this level is to answer routine questions and to draw the stream of transactions through the organization. Manager needs Transaction processing systems (TPS) to examine the status of the internal operations and firm’s relationship with its external environment. Decision-support systems (DSS) and Management information systems (MIS) maintain middle management. Most Management information systems (MIS) reports concentrate information from TPS and are not highly analytical. Decision-support systems (DSS) maintain all management decisions that are distinctive and quickly changing using advanced systematic models and data analysis capabilities. Executive support systems (ESS) maintain senior management by providing facts or data that are often in the form of graphs and charts that delivered via portals using many sources of internal and external information.
