International Criminal Police Organization-INTERPOL

INTERPOL, whose full name is the International Criminal Police Organization-INTERPOL, is an organization facilitating international police cooperation, with 190 member countries. It was established as the International Criminal Police commission in 1923. INTERPOL facilitates cross-border police cooperation and support and assists all organizations, authorities and services whose mission is to prevent or combat international criminal.

The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA)

The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) began operations in 1969 as the United Nations Fund for population Activities (the name was changed in 1987) under the administration of the United Nations Development Fund. In 1971 it was placed under the authority of the United Nations General Assembly. UNFPA supports programs in more than 150 countries, territories and areas spread across some geographic regions.

The Non- Aligned Movement (NAM)

The Non- Aligned Movement (NAM) is an intergovernmental organization of states considering themselves not aligned formally with or against any major power bloc. As of 2010, the organization has 120 members and 17 observer countries. The organization was founded in Belgrade in 1961. The first conference of Non-Aligned Heads of States, at which 25 countries were represented, was convened at Belgrade in September 1961, largely through the initiative of Yugoslavian President Tito.

The Association of Southeast Asian Nations commonly abbreviated ASEAN, is a geo- political and economical organization which was formed on 8 August 1967 by Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand. Brunei Darussalam then joined on 8 January 1984, Viet Nam on 28 July 1995, Lao PDR and Myanmar on 23 July 1997, and Cambodian on 30 April 1999, making up what is today the ten Member States of ASEAN.

ISO stands for International Standard Organization. ISO is the world’s largest developer of voluntary International Standards. International Standards give state of the art specifications for products, services and good practice, helping to make industry more efficient and effective. This organization tested or examined the products standard manufactured from different countries and then they provide the certificate.
